CHOOSING A CLASS
If you aren’t sure what level you are, please email or call the studio and we’ll help guide you! You can always as your teacher after class if you're in the right level. If you have a major injury, we ask you take a Private session so we can tailor your workout to your needs and advise on group classes.
Lengthen, strengthen and tone all over. Join us for a workout on the Reformer that may incorporate the Wunda Chair and props like the ring, ball and bands. There’s over 500 moves, so you’ll never get bored!
Level 1: This class is for newbies! This class is for people with little to no experience on the Pilates Reformer and Wunda Chair. You’ll learn proper form and familiarize yourself with the different apparatus and props. This is also a great refresher course if you’ve been away from Pilates for a while. This class is on the Reformer and may incorporate the Wunda Chair and props like the ring, ball and bands.
Level 1/2: This beginners who’ve taken a few Private sessions or Level 1 classes. You’ll continue to learn Pilates while moving at a slower pace, yet still leave feeling like you got a great workout! This class is on the Reformer and will incorporate the Wunda Chair and/or props like the ring, ball and bands.
Level 2: This is our intermediate class. Once you have a few months of Level 1/2 classes under your belt, you will love our Level 2 classes. They are fast moving and challenging for the whole body. This class is on the Reformer and will incorporate the Wunda Chair and/or props like the ring, ball and bands.
Level 2/3: This class is a more advanced intermediate class. After months or even years of Level 2 classes, we encourage you to take our Level 2/3 for more of a challenge. In this class you will learn more advanced moves and move at an even faster pace. This class is on the Reformer and will incorporate the Wunda Chair and/or props like the ring, ball and bands.
Level 3: This is our most advanced class. Expect to do advanced moves at a very quick pace. Since every studio is slightly different, we ask you take one of our Level 2 classes first so we can meet you. This class is great if you have years of Pilates experience and is also great for Pilates teachers! This class is on the Reformer and will incorporate the Wunda Chair and/or props like the ring, ball and bands.
Prenatal/Postnatal: Pilates is a core based exercise so our Prenatal/Postnatal classes are perfect for those expanding their family! In these classes we focus more on the areas you need to strengthen and stretch and keep that pelvic floor strong. We'll keep you strong during pregnancy and afterwards, come in so we can help you get your body and pelvic floor back. If you’re interested, please ask your doctor if Pilates is right for you!
Bun Burner: Tone those buns while keeping your core engaged! This class focuses on the butt while also providing a full-body workout. Great for those looking for a bit more booty work. This class involves some intermediate moves.
Cardio: Tone your body and get your heart rate up! After warming up you’ll get sweating on the jumpboard. This class is a great way to burn extra calories with little to no impact on your lower body joints. This class is not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries. All levels welcome!
Guns & Core: Flatten your abs and tone your arms! This is a challenging full-body Pilates workout that focuses on shaping and strengthening your upper body and core. This is an intermediate class.
Buns & Core: Turn on your core and burn those buns! We focus on shaping your trunk and lifting the booty during this full-body Pilates workout. This is an intermediate class.
Buns & Guns: Sculpt your arms and tighten your booty in this intermediate level class. This is a full-body Pilates workout with a focus on the butt and arms.
Cardio & Guns: Tone your arms and work up a sweat! In this intermediate class we’ll focus on the upper body and spend some time on the jumpboard to burn extra cals. This class is not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.
Lower Back Issues: Restore your strength and well-being. This class is for those who want to strengthen their body, but need a slower paced workout that is extra careful on the back. If you are under a doctor’s care, please ask if you are cleared for Pilates and communicate your injuries to your teacher before class.
Happy Hour: Before your night out, stop by for a fun intermediate level workout. You’ll leave feeling tighter, stronger and revitalized. Cause you never know what will happen after class!
Wind Down: The title says it all. At the end of class you’ll feel relaxed and de-stressed. You’ll leave feeling like you got a good workout and a yummy stretch. This is a beginner level class.
PRIVATE OR DUO SESSIONS
Each session is tailored for your body and personal fitness goals by your instructor. Sessions take place on the Reformer and may incorporate the Chair, Cadillac, and other apperatus.
