Pilates Place supports moms-to-be throughout their pregnancy and even after their baby is born. With specialized instruction, techniques, and equipment, pregnant Moms can feel confident and safe while building their strength.
Pilates is a core based exercise so our Prenatal/Postnatal classes are perfect for those expanding their family! We focus on the areas you need to strengthen and stretch and including your pelvic floor strong. We'll keep you strong during pregnancy and afterwards, come in so we can help you get your body and pelvic floor back. If you’re interested, please ask your doctor if Pilates is right for you.
